Our Delivery Promise
1. Fast, free delivery on orders over $50
*Please note: Orders containing flammable items will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel Standard Shipping for interstate delivery.
Dispatch times:
• Same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 10AM AEST.
• Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.
• This does not apply during sale periods.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Stay updated with Australia Post’s alerts and delivery times via their website.

What if my order hasn't arrived on time?
Don't worry! Our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated arrival time from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Also, remember that delivery times are calculated in business days, which include Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. During busy periods, Australia Post Express might also deliver on Saturdays.
Delivering to a business address?
Please enter the company name to help our delivery partners sort your parcel correctly, as they may deliver over the weekend.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check your mail room or reception. There might also be a safe drop image attached to your tracking, showing the location of your parcel. If you've checked these areas and still can't find it, please contact our Customer Experience team at admin@republicofbarbers.com.au
How to track your parcel with Australia Post:
1. Find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email titled "Republic Of Barbers: Your Order Has Shipped."
2. Enter the tracking number on the Australia Post tracking page: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

If you've followed these steps and still can't locate your parcel, please email us at admin@republicofbarbers.com.au
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
No worries! If an item you ordered is out of stock, one of our friendly customer experience representatives will notify you via email.
We'll go ahead and ship the rest of your items, including any gifts or samples.
The out-of-stock item will either be placed on back order until it’s restocked or refunded via your original payment method.
